Betsafe truly are idiots. [Rant]

Yeah I'll leave out all the stealing money and withholding my rakeback ("sure", there is "no" rakeback on ongame [lol]), it's old and I've moved on (got my revenge already).



I've been on a pretty serious break from poker now (only playing 500-1000 hands sporadically for the last ~9 months), just started grinding again. Wanted to cash out some money from Betsafe the other day and they tell me I have to verify my identity. AGAIN.

I've sent my ID in for verification at least two times before (I've had an active account with them since ~2005).

Why do I have to do THEIR work AGAIN? How is this not saved in their database or whatever already?!
Shouldn't I be more than verified by now?

No, it doesn't really take that long since I usually have my documents online already, but it's fucking annoying. Makes me wonder if the people working at Betsafe are idiots or maybe they have a weak customer system? Yeah, I'll send it in again and then I will make the withdrawal, only this time it'll be my entire bankroll.

You probably shouldn't play on Betsafe unless you enjoy sending in pictures of your ID/bills a few times a year.

I wonder if more sites have their own bots playing? And I also wonder if the bots might know things that human players don't...scary shit right there.

ipoker now says (official statement) that the thread was a midunderstanding since the t&c quote is from their casino/skill games. But why would the support confirm some user as bots? Surely they can't be that stupid? (not sure if this is a question I want an answer to:D)

RIDICULOUS poker site !!!

Well, I'm not going to tell you which one because I haven't even changed the password yet (why bother - not like I'm going to play there!)

I accidentally locked my account with a site I rarely play on. I have like 30 bucks there but whatever.
Three tries and I was out - ok big deal - I'll get to it whenever....

Next day I got an email from the support saying my acc had been locked and my pw was now reset to: 1234567
Ya, that's not weird at all. Think I might go hack some of the regs now or something...
 

Less rakeback if you're a "shark" at ipoker network..lols?

Sooo..ipoker..do you care at all about your players or do you just like to hang yourself (slowly, but surely)?

They have come up with this new BRILLIANT plan..to save their fishies they've come up with the "shark-to-fish algorithm" which basically is just a giant lol. This means that if you are a "shark" (there are different levels of shark and fish too, like 'small shark' or 'medium fish' (wtf?). The "algorithm" is pretty advanced and I havn't looked in to it really, just makes me shake my head in disgust. Not only do they ban the biggest winners, now they're reducing the rakeback to 48% max. Not sure if this applies to all sites (...yet) but that's how it is. You win = you lose. Well ipoker, you lose.

Why you should NEVER play at Ongame

Ongame owes me money. According to them money just disappears into some black hole they have on their  site (well not exacly, but they can't explain where the monies are). This "bug" has existed since they first launched their client. I thought the problems would disappear with their new client but nope. Please hire new programmers? Maybe you could pay them with the missing money-pool?

I did send them several emails complaining about missing money. I was promised I'd get them sooner or later..well guess what bitches? THEY NEVER DID! They even stole my remaining rakeback because I posted about their shady business on a forum. Great success!!!!

If you keep track of your money, manually, after you quit a table I guess you're pretty safe. But there are no guarantees what so ever that you'll get your money even if you harass the support since they will just tell you that "we do not care about tracking programs such as poker tracker or holdem manager". Right. Because that would be ridic..?!
One guy had 800 -something- at a table and when he quit that table his whole balance was 300. Strange innit?
