Almost time to harvest my cookies:)
I love american chocolate chip cookies.. but only if they're soft. So I've had my pretty cookies out in the air for about a week now but they're not very soft yet :(..I don't like it when they're dry and crunchy. If anyone has any tips on how to speed up the process please tell me now. :P I'm getting impatient.

I don't know whats more impressive: you being a pro, you having a very fun blog or your amazing rack.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, put those cookies for a few minutes in the microwave, get them out and leave them to dry for a few hours, repeat that a second time and when they are cooled off, you have very soft and wet cookies.
This makes me so happy:)
